Spencer Lugash is a versatile professional with more than 12 years of business and legal experience. After graduating from Pepperdine University School of Law, Spencer went on to practice law in areas of health care, real estate & business. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker who has owned his own real estate company and served as in-house counsel and general counsel for a number of other real estate Brokerages and investment companies. Spencer has worked with Clients and Employers in handling a range of business and real estate matters from simple negotiations to complex business formation and deal structuring. Spencer has been seen on local news programs and served as a legal expert on the 760 KFMB talk radio program The Money Maker’s for over a year. Currently, Spencer remains at the forefront of understanding Lender liability, Homeowner rights, and real estate law in general. Spencer represents and advises individuals and businesses and acts as general counsel for many San Diego real estate companies.
Ben E. Embry is an Attorney handling litigation matters with the Lugash Law Center. Ben attended the University of Kentucky where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2005 in Political Science.
After receiving his Bachelors Degree, Ben worked as both a teacher and an assistant on his father’s farm. It was during this time Ben developed his unparalleled work ethic.
Ben received his J.D. from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. During law school, Ben tailored his studies around the areas of civil litigation, tax planning, and estate planning.
Ben was born and raised in a small town in the State of Kentucky. He has always been very close with his family and believes that this has shaped him into the person he is today. Even though he has relocated to San Diego, he is still a Southern Gentleman at heart.
Derek M. Karpel, a Los Angeles- native, graduated from U.C. Santa Barbara with a degree in Global and International Studies. Before law school, Derek traveled extensively including having worked and lived in Europe and Asia. He moved to San Diego to attend Thomas Jefferson School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate.
Derek is licensed to practice in California and tailors his legal practice to Bankruptcy, Civil Litigation, Criminal Defense and Elder Abuse.
